Corpital Sure Step
Corpitals Sure Step is based on Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology. Corpital is working with the Sure Step methodology and has been since the company was founded i 2001, however, we have chosen to develop our own version, which has altered some of the American expressions and way of thinking. Through the work with the Sure Step method Corpital has made it scalable, which today enables us to use it for larger- and smaller project as well as single tasks.
In actual terms this means that the method defines each step in the various phases of the project. Each step is supported by thoroughly tested - and evaluated flow diagrams and templates, all which secure an optimal course of the project and at the same time eliminates risks. Our method is adjusted the new flexible technologies that Microsoft Dynamics represents and the more complex business requirements we met at our customers.
