To ensure that our customers are provided with the best solution and experience a process of highest quality, Corpital has developed tools to achieve specific defined targets.
A task at Corpital will therefore always be firmly secured in our 4 Phase model, which on an operational level ensures that tasks continuously are endorsed by the customer. The 4 Phase model is in addition supported by our online 'Support & Booking system'.
On project level Corpital operates with 'Corpital's Sure Step' (CSS)', which is a simplified project methodology for medium- and larger sized companies. CSS ensures that project activities as well as project management are closely coordinated through-out the course of the project.
